I received this question:
Hi, I’m working through the Visual Latin curriculum with my kids. On lesson 6c (Reading and translation), I believe there may be a mistake in the declension of the word “herba” in a couple of the sentences.
-“Suntne bestiae et herba in terra?” – Did you want to use “herbae” instead of “herba” to be “Are there animals and plants on the earth?” instead of “Are there animals and a plant on the earth?”
-“Sed Deus creat herbas.” I’m pretty sure that you intended to use “herbae” instead of “herbas” here.
Thanks for creating a wonderful resource! My kids are really enjoying this course and all your funny stories.
