LEGO Tip of the Week #53

Ready to dismantle a LEGO set or creation? Grab your phone first!

Before you start pulling bricks apart, take a few pictures from different angles—especially if you’ve modified the original set or added your own details.

That way, if you ever decide to rebuild it, you’ll have a handy reference showing exactly where everything went.

This is especially useful for custom builds, modified sets, and creations without instructions.

Bonus Tip: Create a LEGO album on your phone and save pictures of your favorite builds before taking them apart. Over time, you’ll have your own digital LEGO scrapbook!

Sometimes the best building instruction is a picture you took yourself.
