While searching for information on the long defunct Nature Method Language Institute, I ran across an old advertisement.

At one time there were French, Spanish, English, Russian and Latin books in the series.

Only the Latin book, Lingua Latina, survived.

I have been teaching from this book for over a decade.  It works.  I have also taught from other Latin books.  Most of them don’t work.

I am reproducing the advertisement here for my own purposes, really.

If you want to learn Latin, guys, order this book: Lingua Latina.  When it arrives, start reading.  It really is that simple.
