I spend about three or four hours a day responding to email.
It takes a long time to respond to people when they’re writing to me in Latin and Greek.
Not too long ago a friend of mine told me about this guide:
If you are a Mac user, and you get email… this guide is worth your time.
I really have no idea how much time it has saved me but I do know that I’m able to catch up faster these days.
There is an exception to that. If Tennessee gets a big snow my kids pull out all of our sleds. Just a day or two later I’m behind on emails again.
I’m waiting for David Sparks to write a sledding guide. I’m not sure how to save time on the slopes.
