I failed to send a “tip of the week” last Saturday.

I started the morning by responding to emails, and by grading student work.  Four hours later, I was done.  And, I was burned out.

Generally, I don’t start the day this way.  Instead, language study and writing fill the morning.  Now and then, I deviate and start the day by responding to emails.  I always regret this decision later.

Turns out, I am not the only one who operates this way.  I followed The Simple Dollar for some time.  The blog is filled with frugal advice.  My wife and I used many of the tips and tricks recommended in The Simple Dollar to extract our family from financial shipwreck.

This weekend, the main writer, Trent Hamm reminded me of my own morning routine.  He blogged about his morning routine.

If you want to change yourself, improve yourself, or maybe even rescue yourself financially, you might consider imitating Trent.  His article is here: http://www.thesimpledollar.com/how-a-meaningful-morning-routine-can-set-the-stage-for-financial-professional-and-personal-success/

Have a happy Monday!
