One of my daughters reads a lot.

She has a problem.  The more she reads, the more she wants to read.

Sometimes she has a hard time deciding which book to read next.

Last week she told me that she had solved her problem.

Whenever she comes across a book she wants to read, she simply writes the title onto a slip of paper and drops it into a small “book box”.  Then, when she finishes a book, instead of deliberating, she simply reaches into the box and pulls out the title of the next book.  That is the book she reads next.

I thought it was a good idea and I thought I would share it with you.

If you use her idea, you don’t have to waste time deciding what to read next.  Just reach into the box to decide!

Have a happy Saturday!
