Arachnoleptic fit is a made-up word. My mom sent it to me. It’s a useful made-up word though. I nearly wiped out once after biking through a spider web. I threw an arachnoleptic fit on a bicycle. I don’t recommend it.
Arachnoleptic fit is related to arachnophobia, which you have likely heard of. Arachnophobia is an irrational fear of spiders (Personally, I don’t think fear of spiders is ever irrational).
The Greek word for spider is αράχνη (arachne) and the Greek word for fear is φόβος (phobos).
