I have removed the annual subscription option.
My site, ThinkOutsideTheBorder.com once renewed membership automatically. This was designed to make the process easy for students and their families. They do not have to go through the registration process every year.
However, the refund process is actually very difficult and time-consuming for me. When my site would annually renew, some people would inevitably ask for a refund.
Even a small amount of people asking for a refund slows me down immensely. The refund process is tedious.
For this reason, I removed the annual subscription option and have only left the monthly subscription option. This gives people the chance to try the program out for a few months and then quit if they are not happy.
