For four years, I’ve posted a “word a day” to Facebook.

No really. I have.

Honestly, I should change “a word a day” to “a word most days”.

I don’t post every day. Intend to. Try to. But, don’t.

As it happens the good people at Facebook have decided to adjust the algorithms. Multiple times.

Net result? Most of the Visual Latin followers on Facebook no longer see the word of the day.

I get it… Facebook knows best.

No worries. I will shift to this new blog.  I’ve needed to do this for a long time anyway.

The “word a day” will still pop up on Facebook. Daily, if possible.

From now on, though, the “word a day” will show up here first.
