Warning! If you cancel your subscription, my site will delete your information.  All grades and all progress will be deleted.  

If you decide to return later, you will need to start a new subscription.

When you have logged it to my site you should be able to change your information yourself.

Go to this page: https://dwanethomas.com/updating-your-information/.

You should see a list of your subscriptions with links to View Invoice, Update Payment Method, and Cancel.

Click the Update Payment Method. Here you will find a form where you can update your card information.

If you would like to switch to a different method entirely, from PayPal to credit card, or from credit card to PayPal you would cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new one through the new payment method.

For example, if you are using a credit card and you want to switch to PayPal you would cancel the subscription through the credit card and make a new subscription with PayPal.

This could happen because you just got a PayPal account and you want to disconnect from your credit card or vice versa.

Unfortunately, you will need to let me know if you cancel.  My site can’t seem to handle cancellations on 100% on its own.  Let me know when you leave and I will ensure you are no longer charged.
