Update.  I am locked out, and the software is not loading.  Contacting customer support now.  We may not be having live classes this morning.  Sigh.

We do have a backup plan in place, fortunately.  Use the previous class (the one from last year).  Go to >members, then >previous classes, then chose the class you are currently missing.  🙁
